Silence surrounds me as I walk through this maze in my head. I've come to realize I'm never getting out of here alive. Bringing life to this wasted place has never seem so far fetched as it is tonight, its not a gift of life as it is a sentence to a slow and punishing death. One failure after another have shown me that everything falls to its own weight and after this storm is through the sun will shine again as well. So wear your scars proudly for they tell your tale, memories of words unspoken when no one else could save you but yourself. This is your only chance and when darkness comes and this all ends the only thing they'll ever remember is what you did, not what you said.

Countless trials result in countless errors, time that passes by but leaves its mark. Paper rules the world as ironic as that seems, wasted lives trying to achieve a status of beauty that hides them underneath. Its safer to silence your thoughts than to expose them to a world that does nothing but frown upon. Twenty something years of life looking for the key to so-called happiness just to find my self standing at the place where I began. I may not have the answers and I may not change the world but if I'm sure about one thing is you have to stay true to yourself. Sincerity is your weapon against this rotting herd of sheep that will always follow but will never lead.

I need to get my thoughts straight, I'm living a life led by fiction. The thin line between dreams has been slowly blurring out. I might be losing my sense of direction to a compass pointing south. Loneliness grows as the rays of light dim and welcome the endless night just to wake up and do it all over again. This vicious cycle is taking it's toll on me. As I seek for direction, I see the path that you chose as I slowly walk away. I take a look at your life, and I realize I never wanna be like you...BE LIKE YOU. I've been here many times before. The lights point to the exit but I can't let this go. Try to forget the memories and worries that molded my life. Im a result of questioning where we stand (and what we want). Please take this from me now cause I won't let it slip away...SLIP AWAY. Even if this ends up killing me I have no where else to go.

This boat is slowly sinking and I won't get in his way. I've played the role of the savior before and I drowned. I see hundreds of faces but they don't mean a thing to me. Its a sight I've seen many nights before but somehow its never enough. I have no idea why I'm here, no idea why I'm scared, I look for answers desperately before its too late. As I stare at the horizon, one last scream escapes from me: why couldn't you just be sincere? SINCERITY. So I'll settle with being a part of this mess and wish for the best. I'll stare death in the eye and take it as it comes. One less bad seed for this world to mourn. I'll never look back, don't even pretend you ever cared.

Boundaries are set from an early stage telling us what we can and cannot do, telling us what we should or shouldn't say. Feeding us lies to get us through the day. Well fuck you, I've had enough!
